To participate, you can register on the contest page that’s shared. (We ask for your address details only to send the prize if you win.) By registering, you agree to receive the OasaPleasure.com newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. Your information will only be used by us for the newsletter and will never be shared with third parties. You may participate in a contest only once.

Participation occurs by liking and sharing the contest posts. By entering, you grant OASA Pleasure permission to display your Facebook or Instagram name on the website and social media if you win.
1. Applicability of Contests
1.1 These terms apply to contests organized by OASA Pleasure and its associated shops

2. Contest Participation
2.1 Eligibility
2.1.1 Any individual residing aged 18 or older can participate.
2.1.2 Employees of OASA Pleasure, or any person directly or indirectly involved in organizing this contest, are excluded from participation.
2.1.3 There are no extra costs for participating, other than standard internet access and usage fees. There is no purchase obligation, aside from subscribing to the newsletter or liking the Facebook or Instagram post/page.
2.1.4 By entering, the participant authorizes OASA Pleasure to send them information regarding the contest and other services and products. Participants can withdraw this consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email.
2.1.5 By participating in a Facebook or Instagram contest, participants grant OASA Pleasure permission to post their Facebook or Instagram name on the website and social media if they win.
2.1.6 Data collected by OASA Pleasure for this contest becomes its property and will only be used as outlined in Article 2.1.4. The data will not be shared with third parties and will be processed in compliance with privacy laws.
2.2 Winner Selection
2.2.1 OASA Pleasure will draw the prize winner from all entries.
2.2.2 Winners are chosen randomly and impartially.
2.2.3 Non-winning participants will not be notified, and results are final.
2.2.4 Prizes will be sent to the winners at the address they provide.
2.2.5 Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
3. Liability
3.1 OASA Pleasure Liability
3.1.1 Participation is at the entrant’s own risk. Entrants are responsible for the accurate submission of information. OASA Pleasure does not guarantee optimal access to its website, nor that it will be error-free.
3.1.2 OASA Pleasure is not liable for damages resulting from the contest or awarded prizes, except for standard product guarantees. Changes, typographical errors, and misprints are reserved.
3.2 Third-Party Liability
3.2.1 The provisions in 3.1.2 also apply to OASA Pleasure suppliers and product/prize suppliers.
4. Final Provisions
4.1 Reservations
4.1.1 OASA Pleasure reserves the right to exclude participants who abuse the contest, act fraudulently, or otherwise violate these terms; to modify or terminate the contest; or to make changes to the terms, prizes, or access to the site as it deems necessary.

Discount Terms and Conditions
For site-wide discounts on OasaPleasure.com, different terms may apply, and extra discounts from discount codes may not be applied during site-wide sales. Discount codes can be used on reduced items.
Terms for Discount Codes
Below are the terms you agree to when using a discount code.
Discount Percentage
Codes offering a percentage discount (e.g., 10%) cannot be combined with other promotions or reduced items. Multiple discount codes cannot be used in the same order.
Discount Amount
Codes that provide a specific amount (e.g., €10) often require a minimum purchase. As long as your cart meets this minimum, it doesn’t matter if items are already discounted. Only one code can be used per order. Free shipping codes (value €5.95) can be applied to orders that meet the minimum amount for free shipping.
Terms & Rules During Sale Periods and Code Validity
- Discounts during sales and provided discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
- Offers are valid only within the specified term, while supplies last.
- If an item you purchased goes on sale later, we cannot apply the discount retroactively.
- Prices may vary daily during sales depending on availability, and adjusted discounts cannot be applied afterward.
