Order by 11:00 PM (23.00u) for Next-Day Delivery!

We offer next-day delivery by PostNL for orders placed before 11:00 PM (23.00u), except for orders placed on Saturday. Saturday orders will be delivered on Monday. Alternatively, you can choose a different delivery date during the checkout process.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email within 3 minutes (Note: this email may go to your spam folder). The delivery time depends on the order time and chosen payment method. For bank transfers, we ship only once the payment has been received in our account.

Delivery Times by Payment Method:

• iDEAL, Credit Card, VPay, Mister Cash, PayPal, and Klarna Pay Later
  Orders are dispatched on the same day (weekdays and Sundays) if all items are in stock and the order is placed before 11:00 PM.
• Bank Transfer
  Delivery takes 3 to 5 days, as bank processing times may delay the transaction.

Please note that on public holidays, delivery days may vary. The same delivery times apply to Belgium, although in busy periods, delivery may take an additional day.

Track & Trace

Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the Track & Trace number. Using the Track & Trace link, you can follow your order and see exactly when to expect it. Small items may be sent in an envelope, with or without a tracking number.

If You’re Not Home

If you’re not at home when the order is delivered, PostNL will update this in the tracking (note: no physical notice will be left). If delivery isn’t possible, you can collect your package within one week at the designated PostNL location. If the package isn’t collected, return costs will be charged.

Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us unopened, without prior notice, or if it’s refused, we’ll refund the purchase amount minus return costs of €5.95.
