30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We hope you enjoy our products as much as we do! However, if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your OASA Pleasure items within 30 days from the delivery date.
Please remember that items must be returned in an unused, undamaged condition, in their original sealed outer packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, any returns that don’t meet these standards cannot be accepted or refunded. Additionally, to prevent damage during transit, please use a secure cardboard shipping box for your return.
Returns are at your own expense. When filling out the return form, you can choose to purchase a PostNL return label online (€5.95) or arrange the return shipment yourself.

The full purchase amount (including the original shipping costs if the entire order is returned) will be refunded as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after you’ve returned or indicated your intention to return the item. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first. Please note that costs may be incurred if the item(s) are returned damaged.
